Cocoa solids: 75% minimum.
Ingredients: Solomon Islands cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), unrefined sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. colour: Gold: iron oxide.
Allergens are highlighted in bold.
Please be aware that these chocolates are handmade in a Chocolate Studio that handles all 14 known allergens.
