Our gold award-winning triple chocolate brookies (brownie cookies) are made with 71% cocoa dark chocolate. We whip our ganache and gently bake them to create these crisp exterior and soft ganache-centred cookies. You won’t believe they are naturally gluten-free too!

Our naturally gluten-free Triple Chocolate Brookies are handmade using fresh & ethically sourced ingredients in our Wiltshire chocolate studio.
INGREDIENTS | Chocolate (cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin), sugar, butter (milk), eggs, cocoa powder, sea salt.
Allergens are highlighted in bold.
Please be aware that these chocolates are handmade in a Chocolate Studio that handles all 14 known allergens.

Shelf Life & Storage
Our brookies are best enjoyed within 10 days of your order date.
If you are ordering for an occasion, please choose a delivery date close to the date you require, so they can be enjoyed at their best.
We recommend keeping them in an airtight container at room temperature (between 18-22degC), away from direct sunlight or heat source.
Packaging
Our Brookies will arrive in individual paper bags and are shipped in a letterbox friendly box.
