Want to master the art of chocolate tempering? Award-winning Chocolate Champion Holly will share her skills with you so you can become your own master chocolatier at our Chocolate Tempering Masterclass.

Your experience starts with one of our amazing 'ultimate' hot chocolates from our hot chocolate menu, there's 12 to choose from...

    Next you'll learn how to taste chocolate properly, starting with a raw cocoa bean before moving on to our our signature chocolate blends. You'll learn where chocolate comes from, how it's made and all about the small cocoa farms we support and source our chocolate from. 

      In this 3-hour masterclass you will learn how to:

      • the 4 ways to temper chocolate
      • make chocolate bars 
      • cast a chocolate mould
      • make a chocolate ganache
      • make & decorate chocolate truffles 

      You will leave with all the chocolates you have created and recipes for continuing your chocolate journey at home.

      Our belief is that knowledge is meant to be shared. We thoroughly enjoy sharing our skills and passion in our experience sessions.

      We are proud to have won over 40 awards for our chocolates, and we are an official "Great Taste Producer".

      Who is the experience for?

      Our chocolate experiences are suitable for adults & children aged 14+ but under 18's must be accompanied by a paying adult. 

      Ticket Info

      Each purchase permits 1 into our Chocolate Experience.

      Please allow 2 hours for the experience. There will be time during the experience to shop our complete chocolate range and enjoy some special offers.

      We operate in small groups and therefore warmly welcome lone bookings or bookings with friends/family.

      We are able to cater for most dietary requests, including dairy-free.

      Please be aware that our Chocolate Studio & Beanery Café handles all 14 known allergens. 

      Refunds & Cancellations

      Due to our class size, we are unable to offer refunds. Please check your dates carefully before booking.

      If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your experience to somebody else, please just let us know.
