This luxury collection is made in small batches by chocolate engineer Holly Garner, who was named 'Chocolate Champion' for the Southwest in 2023 and has won over 37 awards for her stunning chocolate creations.

Ingredients:

Chocolate box: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, cream (milk, carrageenan), butter (milk), gluten-free oat milk, sugar, glucose, milk powder, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, lime, hazelnut, pecans, peanuts, MCT oil, grape seed oil, whiskey (alcohol), ginger, popping candy (sugar, carbon dioxide), wheat flour, egg, alcohol, maltodextrin, chicory root fibre, sorbitol, invert sugar syrup, fruit pectin, setting agent: tartaric acid, Icelandic lava salt, sea salt, Madagascan vanilla, emulsifier: soya lecithin. Colours are derived from natural origins.

Milk Honeycomb: Madagascan cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), sugar, whole milk powder, water, glucose, honey, raising agent: bicarbonate of soda. Colour: Gold: Iron oxide, carrier: potassium aluminum silicate.

Dark Honeycomb: Solomon Islands cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), sugar, water, glucose, honey, raising agent: bicarbonate of soda, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Colour: Gold: Iron oxide, carrier: potassium aluminum silicate.

Milk chocolate pearls: Cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), whole milk powder, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. 

Caramel puddle bar: Madagascan cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), whole milk powder, sugar, cream (milk), butter (milk), glucose, molasses, Icelandic lava salt, Madagascan vanilla. Colour: gold: iron oxide, cocoa powder. 

Praline puddle bar: Solomon Islands cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), sugar, Piedmont hazelnuts, sea salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Colour: E171, E172, colour emulsifier: soya lecithin

Coffee beans: Colombian cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), sugar, Colombian coffee beans (6.4%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, polishing agent: Arabic gum.

Neptune bars: Cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), whole milk powder, sugar, cream (milk), butter (milk), sugar, glucose, honey, egg white, sea salt, emulsifiers: sunflower lecithin, Madagascan vanilla.

Yummy Yummy bars: Madagascan cocoa(cocoa beans, cocoa butter), whole milk powder, sugars (tapioca syrup, cane sugar, glucose), butter (milk), cream (milk), hazelnut, puffed rice (barley malt extract), tapioca starch, water, Madagascan vanilla, Maldon sea salt, gelling agent: carrageenan, soya protein.
