The Daisy Bar
A toasted white chocolate bar puddled with a peanut cream and sea salt pretzels. Finished with Ivory Coast milk chocolate.
The idea of this bar originates from former Chocolate Studio Assistant, Daisy. Daisy loved all things we made from toasted white chocolate and peanuts. She also loved our pretzel ice cream which we make in the summer months. We’re thrilled that Daisy leaves this bar behind as her Hollychocs legacy.
