Join us for a half day of chocolate creativity!
After being welcomed with a comforting real hot chocolate, you will:
- learn how to temper chocolate in 4 different ways
- creatively use your tempered chocolate
- learn how to make a chocolate ganache (dairy and non-dairy)
- make chocolate truffles and learn how to decorate them to impress your friends and family
You will leave with all of your chocolatey creations, and you get to leave all the washing up to us!
