These are our new Pink Sparkle Truffles 🍾
These truffles champion Wiston Estate’s English sparking rose. They are encased in a white chocolate shell before being hand dipped into the naturally pink and tart Ruby chocolate. Oh and for the sparkle, we’ve added some popping candy to the shell for an element of surprise at the end 💥
